I want to suggest a change of style for your writing. With respect.

If you could either at the beginning or at the end provide a summary of your conclusions, it would make it easier to understand without wading through the quotes.

In other words, you make a point and then prove it with quotes, perhaps, allowing a trusting reader to read the exec summary.

Try taking this piece and repeat all the quote summaries at the top.
