David did you see this it is on zerhedge
Namely, what Barofsky says is that Geithner and other regulators who allowed Lieborgate to proceed should not only lose their job but we should “see [Geithner] in handcuffs.” Sadly that will never happen as it would actually be a deterrent to future crime among the highest echelons of America:

Also according to reports he was in the movie got a call went out the exit door somehow left it open and then got back in with his gear on. So my question is this was the same guy you would think quite a few people would have noticed him with bright orange hair, especially if you were going to see the batman movie. If they are not one and the same then how did the guy get into the theater.

Jon, while I wish you would not do stories on the polls as I have pointed out they are often propaganda pieces to support an agenda, at the very least I asked that you check the sampling and if you were using polls that one month said x and next y to check sampling from both. Yesterday you put up the NBC poll which NBC has now admitted was heavily rigged for a Dem bias. So, again I ask if you must post the BS polls at least dig below the msm headline and see what they are based on. thanks

Hi Jon,
while like many here who think your which puppet is ahead in the polls are just a waste of time at least if you intend to keep hitting us with this useless crap it would be great if you could go beyond just cutting and pasting the headlines. If you look at the latest poll you posted 33% of those sampled were D and 24% R. so with more D’s than R’s sampled, O vs R was not a tie, and bodes bad for O. As I said they are puppets and not sure why you feel the need to cover these polls, but if you do, please dig into the sampling data to see if it has been fiddled with. Of course always remember polls are just what the polsters want you to hear, and right now we are in the high drama phase of this one horse race

hmm so that is the point. They are all liars, they are all working for the same people, and they are all screwing us. So beyond that not sure what more you need to tell us. But what would be great is if you started writing about ways we can organize and take back this country from these bastards

LOL. wonder when david will get around to doing a piece on this as it sure is interesting. why do we need boner etc to repeal it if it is not enforceable. would love to read why it might be and why not under article 7
-
mswinkle commented on the blog post Health Care, Nullification, and the Huge Emerging Fight Over Medicaid Expansion in Red States
anyone know the answer to this.
not sure if this is correct but under Article 1, Section 7 requires all legislation that raises revenue originate in the HOUSE OF REPRESENATIVES.
Didn’t this bill originate in THE SENATE? So if this is a tax then it is not enforceable?

agreed. TD posts are odd. Not sure what planet TD is on but the one called earth is not doing anything suggested by TD so long as we have a fully co-opted political and legal system. working through the system is a waste of time and energy we need to develop a better way before [...]
