Do not all federal agencies under the wing of the Executive branch act similarly?I don’t know if Obama liked getting high in his youth, but nowadays it’s purely political. I don’t see the DOJ as unresponsive to his political needs, whether or not he hits a spleef once in a while.

I can’t say. The last time I visited was 1986, when we went back for a family funeral. We were admittedly well beyond three-sheets while dining and dancing on a riverboat casino called Captain Bilbos near Memphis, and if it had come up then, the details would have been understandably… murky.
