There’s a really good reason why the word “‘brainwash’” is rendered in quotes.

It’s never used, either implicitly or explicitly, by Eric Holder.

I hate to be That Guy, but Holder does indeed use the word “brainwash” near the end of the video (at about the 3:10 mark), but only a paranoid fool like Pollak would think Holder meant literal brainwashing.
