That’s a Rod Stewart and Small Faces song. Isn’t it?
I loved that song. We all loved that song. I’m so out of touch that I thought Cat Stevens was not performing except for once or twice years ago.
You know, I’m starting to understand the structure of willful ignorance. When images are so diametrically opposed as to present the Absurd.
Thank you, CTuttle, for being the Host with the most. :)
    Sweet dreams

It’s time to get back to work. I’ve got a gallon of peach slices that have been soaking in simple syrup ready to go on the dehydrator. They tasted really bland last year as unflavored slices. Always striving to improve…

Lol! just saw your comment. We don’t have no stinking snow drifts. We got mud.
Speaking of mud: is it actually possible for the artist formally known as Cat Stevens, now know as Yusef, can he just decide to redo his contract with his God.? He did it once “for the children in his orphanage”. Shit, red flag.
I loved Cat Stevens. I saw him in concert 2 times and each time came away disinterested in the boyfriend who brought me? treated me to a special thing.
I hate when I have serious doubts backed by research. But not on Cat Stevens, fits the profile.

We have family who are Finnish, I heart the Finns!
I’ve read To Kill A Mockingbird several times. Last time was reading out loud to my homeschool kids while we lounged comfortably and ate fresh fruit. Good times to explore real literature in a rich environment.
    so rebel

You will never taste life’s food as it really tastes without freshness. It is what it is. I harvest according to the taste of sugar content in the vegetables. When it’s time it’s time. Indian Summer and no social life because it’s Harvest. And harvest is long and hard work. And most excellent!!

Hey, Suzanne. I’m glad you said you didn’t know. I was going to, but it gets so old to keep saying ” I don’t know what your talking about, I’m tech tragic”.

    Timer went off.

Because when the power goes out we’re going to be in a bad position for digging catches. :)

I’m mostly a sole canner, though Mr. B is beginning to catch the bug. I was off this year for planning peaches. I scored buying the last of the Elberta’s from our local farm, though the peaches come from east wa. Unsprayed, 2 more years away from being certified organic. I had to buy 40 lbs. Just put up 20 and the next 20 have to be processed tomorrow. They’re at perfect sugar!

Asian influenced Plum Sweet Hot sauce, northwest style. Basil, mojito mint , cilantro, hot peppers I almost died for when dehydrating, local plums . One of my favorite ways to put up plums! They go with my eggrolls ” garden to freezer” fast food. If we don’t loose power for too long this winter we’re stocked up on eggrolls. If we do loose power, our stove is propane and we’re in a position to negotiate work exchange!!!

Hey, CTuttle. I’m having a hard time wrapping my mind around the story that Yusef ( my Cat Stevens) who gave up his music for Islam. Who fulfilled my hear wave by devoting his life to children and family…….
    He’s doing an R & B album?? I feel a shift of paradigm……….:)
Hope all’s well. I’m canning so it’s likely I’ll drop off the radar.

Thank you, elisemattu, for your post. Yes, ISIS is Mossad and CIA. No, the beheading videos aren’t Real, yes we’re being played. I think we’re being played by players who anticipated that we’d all be much more dumbed down/drugged up? or I’m missing a key ingredient to their absolute sorry ass dumb fucking “Beheading” videos. Good morning, Suzanne and Token. I got waylayed by canning corn. Just when I thought I could chat a bit the gauges said, ” okay, good luck with that”.

Best wishes for a swell day.

Now, after all these years and all those cigarettes, I’m comfortable in my understanding of Kennedy’s demise. It took almost 2 years of withdrawing from society and delving into research to come to that conclusion.
If I hadn’t have been unemployed and financially forced to Quit Smoking I never would’ve found the Truth.
The Truth is : Every thing you’ve been taught is a lie.

And yet the sun still rises the moon still rises the tides still make sense
    good night

Mr. B just finished shucking enough corn to fill the dehydrator……time to go play with sharp knives.

We are being played, as we’ve always been played. This is Rothschild playing Chess. We’re trying to find reason in the acts of evil.

Yeah. They sent us home, in our school it felt more like opening the gate and letting the herd roam home. It was strange.
My family didn’t have a TV. When I got home my mom was at the neighbor’s watching TV in the middle of the day!
A scary, never happened before event on it’s own. And they were both crying. Mom and Mrs. Reinhart.

I look at him to see what’s not there. He’s not there. Neither is his wife.
So, we’re free off all that, yes?! Time to move on.
