More Simpson / Bowles is on the agenda.
Campaign to Fix the Debt
We have joined together for this campaign to call on policymakers from both sides of the aisle to determine the best way to gradually and intelligently bring our debt under control. The solutions won’t be easy – they will require some combination of cuts to low-priority spending, controls on the growth of entitlements to make them sustainably solvent, and revenue-raising tax reform. We simply cannot afford all the promises we’ve made. But if we do this right, we can make reforms in a way that protects the most vulnerable, prioritizes important investments in areas like infrastructure and education, and enhances economic growth.

The Cornucopia Institute website provides some additional information about corporations that are supporting and opposing Proposition 37.
http://www.cornucopia.org/2012/08/prop37/
Consumers might be surprised to find out that brands hiding under ‘natural’ façades are in fact owned by multi-billion-dollar corporations that are contributing bushel baskets of cash to defeating Proposition 37….
examples include:
Kashi (owned by Kellogg, which has contributed $612,000 to defeat Proposition 37) – Kashi cereals contain GMOs!
• Silk soymilk (owned by the nation’s largest dairy, Dean Foods, which has contributed $253,000 to the effort to kill Proposition 37)
• Larabar (owned by General Mills, which has contributed $520,000 to defeat proposition 37)
• R.W. Knudsen (owned by Smucker, which has contributed $387,000 to defeat proposition 37)

Ya. What a great deal.
Oops! Air Force Drones Can Now (Accidentally) Spy on You
As long as the Air Force pinky-swears it didn’t mean to, its drone fleet can keep tabs on the movements of Americans, far from the battlefields of Afghanistan, Pakistan or Yemen. And it can hold data on them for 90 days — studying it to see if the people it accidentally spied upon are actually legitimate targets of domestic surveillance.

It may turn out that the biggest decision today is the precedent about the limits of the commerce clause. Seems a majority is saying you can’t do some parts of the ACA under the commerce clause, and that may be troublesome.
Could you elaborate on in what way you think it may be troublesome?
