De Wine (ATTY. GEN. in OH) has serious conflicts of interests, especially in the John Crawford’s death case. From http://www.plunderbund.com/2014/09/01/mike-dewine-has-serious-conflicts-of-interest-in-beavercreek-walmart-shooting-case/:

“In turn Ohio AG Mike DeWine appointed Mark Piepmeier, an attorney from the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s office, as special prosecutor in the case. Interestingly, Piepmeier made a campaign donation to DeWine on July 31st, less than a month before he received the appointment. And he had previously donated to the campaign of Mike’s son Pat, a judge in Ohio’s 1st District Court of Appeals.

“Mike DeWine’s ties to Greene county are long and deep. He started his career in the Greene County Prosecutor’s Office in the late 1970’s. His long time friend Bill Schenk later took over the prosecutor’s job, and they both later worked together in private practice in Greene County. When DeWine was elected U.S. Senator from Ohio, Bill’s wife managed DeWine’s Ohio senate office and DeWine nominated Schenk for job at the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Schenk has been part of the AG’s team since Mike was elected in 2010 and DeWine has kept him on despite DUIs and his potential involvement in a sexual harassment scandal.”

BTW, DeWine’s daughter, Alice DeWine, is Asst. Prosecuting Atty. in Greene Co. where the case will be tried unless a change of venue is made.

DeWine says: “he has every right not to release” …it would be “dynamite” to show the public the video[s] of the police execution of John Crawford. Of course, the video would be dynamite! It would enrage us all.

I’ll say it again, the Ritchies should be investigated. Why would they cry “Gun! in a crowded store” on a young black man? Racist busybodies or something more? The context of the city of Beavercreek is surely a white suburb with pronounced civic and public citizen objection to encouraging (and profiting) from Dayton citizens (read African American) shopping in the large shopping mall located there.

  • Armored vehicles also cause serious damage to the street pavement or asphalt.

  • Yes, but she had just left the protest and why would the cops confiscate the bullet….maybe it was theirs?

  • A woman demonstrator and, as far as I know, the cops confiscated the bullet removed from her head during an operation and have provided the dear woman with any information about what should be an investigation. In fact, she may still be waiting to be interviewed by the Ferguson/St. Louis cops…though I have no doubt, the FBI and/or DOJ have spoken to her and have a file.

The death of John Crawford in Beavercreek is exposing the injustice that republican beaurocrats like Ohio Atty. Gen. Mike DeWine impose upon Americans with African Americans taking the cruel brunt of it all.
I said from the start that the Ritchie couple were endangering the public crying “Gun” in Walmart. But they were even lying and DeWine is (under the veil of not wanting to taint the grand jury) is withholding videotapes so that citizens of good heart will not see the police execution. The NRA has created the Open Carry OK coral in the state of Ohio but they forgot to say it didn’t apply to African Americans and toys. DeWine is a big NRA supporter and a loyal republican foot soldier whose daughter is the legal advisor to Beavercreek city government. Civil rights laws are only important for DeWine’s political patrons.

It is critical to all of us that David Pepper unseat him this election.

Is there a way to track individual soldiers who participated in military torture to present their employment in the US? Did these men and women bring a fresh taste or complacency of human torture home to ignite like minded people in the jobs in law enforcement, private security, prisons, school administration, etc.

Wilson was fired when the city council disbanded the police department. The police chief who resigned in 2011 (the same year as the disbanding) said Wilson was an OK officer with no complaints. But consider the source.

Sadly, national troops have been deployed often to do quite the opposite. In 1932 Hoover ordered an army regiment into DC, under the leadership of General Douglas MacArthur. The army, complete with infantry, cavalry, and tanks, rolled into Anacostia Flats forcing the Bonus Army tent city to flee. MacArthur then ordered the shanty settlements burned. [...]

not to worry the years 2015 is lost to the campaign excesses.

  • In what court of St. Louis County… not in the municipality of the crime.
Will it be a jury of peers?

  • Check these stats about police officers in American communities. Ferguson has more cops be resident than Los Angeles or Houston.

    2012 population est. 406,253 (28% African Amercan)

What percentage of the Ferguson city budget is FPD?
Do any of the 54 cops live in Ferguson or another city like Dellwood?

  • Kevin, first thanks. I wish I could be helping.

Second, can you find a schedule of fines for Ferguson? What is the fine for jaywalking? etc.

This is an Occupied town. Also what would be address to the City Council Offices… perhaps a polite letter encouraging remedial action since under their watch, the FPD has shamed their city across the nation. (BTW, are councilmen and women paid by the city; when is the next election and our their terms staggered.) Is a voter registration drive continuing. Do any of the groups you have met have any needs
    that we can help with?

It is appearing futile with my limited search skills on the net.

Actually, the $24.5 million/yr. CEO of that corporation in Ferguson who vows to not employ factory workers in the USA; the red-lining real estate brokers and home loan bankers, and the tax structure have also quickly worked to the same cause.
