    HELLO!

The Govt. knows this and is still trying to use it against Manning!
Yes, that’s right. The NSA and the Govt., as well as the Military already knows the facts. Yet they continue to push lies to persecute Manning.

#Snowden: “the unredacted release of cables was due to the failure of a partner journalist to control a passphrase” not #wikileaks #manning

Nathan Fuller Nathan Fuller ‏@nathanLfuller 40m
Snowden: that #Manning dumped documents “is not a valid assertion,” says media used his comments to smear Manning http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2013/jun/17/edward-snowden-nsa-files-whistleblower#block-51bf2878e4b03725b2ebf31f …

(Fed. Cir. 2001) (under the Whistleblower Protection Act (WPA), when an employee reports or states that there has been misconduct by a wrongdoer to the wrongdoer, the employee is not making a protected disclosure of misconduct); id. at 1352-54 (to make a protected disclosure under the WPA, an employee must communicate information either outside the scope of his normal duties or outside of normal channels).

    See Huffman v. Office of Personnel Management, 263 F.3d 1341, 1350

    Here: http://openjurist.org/263/f3d/1341/kenneth-huffman-v-office-of-personnel-management

    And Here: http://caselaw.findlaw.com/us-federal-circuit/1024782.html

Again I say, In all legal terms Manning is a Whistle Blower.

I know we are fighting wars for the Sauds and Isreal. I know that the US and Intell agencies think that the people that look critically at things still don’t know. So they fight to keep secrets where none really exist anymore. The Bin Ladens and the Royal Family of Saud are just as scandalous as our political leaders. None of them want to fight against Russia and China, but they are such bafoons in Foreign Policy they will step right in it!

So yeah, I can agree it is MULTI-National security.

I am so hyped on trying to decipher lettered places and things that I get tense when MULTI and ULTRA show up. LOL!

    JUST IN:

I’ve been vindicated! Your resident Peasant woman that has been called crazy is now proven right:

    http://whowhatwhy.com/2013/06/05/fbi-knew-about-saudi-911-hijacker-ties-but-lied-to-protect-national-security/

This is all connected with the Manning trials and tribulations. Maybe now the FBI and DOJ can let go of the information about those white vans that Dan Rather and others reported on.

I’d like for Coombs to ask the military members about the changes in the Army Field Manual.

That seems to be a big issue with some of the older more distinguished Generals. They refused Bush many times, but the real facts never made it to light.
