I know that some in OWS talk about finding common cause with Tea Partiers and and support Ron Paul, and that’s unacceptable to me for the reasons you state. However, I don’t think that’s a reason to reject the entire movement.

It’s certainly not a “white situation”, and I don’t think black people see it as such. I do see it as a reaction to a situation that most of us are being affected by, and yes- the reaction that is OWS was initiated by white people for the most part- so what?
