Something I find amusing about her argument is that it’s another example of how wingnuts can hold two contradictory ideas in their heads at one time. You hear them say all the time that an AR-15 is not an assault rifle, or that it’s no different than any other hunting rifle, or that it’s “a squirrel gun in a Halloween costume” (seriously, I saw that one on Facebook verbatim). Yet this woman needs an AR-15 because the increased firepower will allow her to hold off five intruders at once.
Listen, children of the corn. I know you all are crazy, but can’t you at least get your stories straight?
