    In addition to Dutch letters from Jaarsma Bakery, Pella is famous for Pella bologna, made by two different local butcher shops for about the past 100 years. It is very good. But it means that Pella does not need any of her bologna.

    For those of you puzzled by the headline, Dutch letters are almond-filled pastries–not to be confused with French letters. Which, being a supporter of abstinence-based policies, Ms. Palin might also be unfamiliar with (as her eldest daughter apparently was).
