“…can you tell me what the heck an Osceola police officer is doing blocking anyone from entering the Capitol in Madison?”

There have been officers from different county sheriffs dept and police depts helping out at the Capitol. Otherwise, crowds control inside and outside for the last two weeks would be putting too great a burden on Madison PD, Dane County sheriffs, et al. It isn’t anything new today.
