I did. Great insight to look at whether the contractors from malaria zones were immunized. The fact that the military didn’t bother to require proof of immunization from them is pretty convincing evidence to my mind that their explanation of wanting to prevent malaria from spreading into Cuba was a sham.

The inprocessing form in 693 & 760′s med file says PO after the mefloquine 1250 mg dose – that means taken orally. At least suggests it’s pill form.
