    There is a story here. It is insight into the man, still a mystery.
    We still ask who is this guy? What makes him tick? Is he passionate about anything?
    It is adding up to a picture of a man who just doesn’t like the job, or is somehow only partially involved. The disconnect from Congress. Out there on his own, just hangin’ out, video games, vacations,and golf.

    The job seems an irritant to him. things go wrong? Blame this, blame that.
    Thepicture fits what we have seen. He really does not care all that much.
    Perhaps he feels he has made his mark already?

    But this is not the package we were sold. Dramatic failure to lead.
