I’ll acknowledge that Obama hasn’t lived up to everything he promised but It doesn’t mean I won’t show up to vote for him. The alternative to Obama is Mitt Romney and we can’t have a LIAR and a CHEAT and a TAX EVADER and a DRAFT DODGER and an OUTSOUCER in the whitehouse. Not only am I voting for Obama, but I’m spending 8 hours a week volunteering for his campaign.

What I don’t see mentioned anywhere here is that fracking has begun to cause earthquakes. In Texas, they have been experience tremors where none have been recorded in the past. All of these quakes have been occuring in very close proximity to sites where wastewater is being re-injected into the ground.

The US has always held a very close alliance with Isreal. In the past, this alliance has served both sides well. I think now though, that someone needs to make it known to Netanyahu that if he get’s himself into a war with Iran, he’s on his own. America cannot be the world’s police force any longer. When you add that to the fact that he’s already behind in the polls with women,18-30 year olds,latinos,and gays, It begins to look like his only supporters are going to be old white men. The difference here Alan is that all Presidential candidates have been expected for decades now to release their tax returns. Birth certificates didn’t become a matter of contraversy until a black man became POTUS.
Also…
Where a person was born really has no bearing on their character and as long as a Presidential candidate is born within the confines of the US it’s really not our business where he was born. Tax returns however do give us a look at a candidate’s character. In order to determine if a candidate has complied with the tax law it is necessary to see his taxes. This way we can see if someone obeys the law or considers him/herself above the law.

I almost feel as though I should recuse myself from participating in this particular argument. I had decided two years ago that I wouldn’t vote for Mitt. That being the case, I do know that those who’re undecided might care about Mitt’s taxes but to be honest, I wouldn’t vote for this scheister if he released 30 years of returns.
