    Just wondering, when Reagan bombed Libya in 1986,

    Did he get Congressional clearance?
    Did he outline a strategy and the end game?
    Did he depose Qaddafi?
    Was it called a War with Libya?
    Did Bush I get Congressional approval for the Iraq No fly zone in 1992?

    Personally could care less about the no-fly zone. Let’s just be consistent in our handling of the situations.
