My theory is that what he’s hiding isn’t his tax percentage but something that would mark him as a player in some legal tax avoidance scheme as recently described by the Tax Justice Institute which describes that about 1/3 of the worlds wealth is held by the top 92,000. Romney, of course, is a member of that club.
