“Guys this is all not great but 9/11 and these colors don’t run so what can you do?” Democrats were more convincing when the president doing this shit was on the other team.

Midstream she switches to populism and complains about Bloomberg having 14 houses. This person probably could not safely operate a car but make 10 times what I do simply sitting around and complaining about things. This country is the worst.

Good for Tom Cole, bucking his party’s general resistance to doing anything to annoy a billionaire. Speaking of which, Lil’ Danny Snyder, team owner and pocket aristocrat, has now vowed to “NEVER” change the name.

There is no circle of hell too hot for this man.

Is it really super necessary to engage in Victorian morality-based shaming to make the point about how awful this law is?

If the cost of family coverage is, say, 20% of household income, coverage is still affordable

What on earth are you talking about? 20% of income is affordable?

Ah yes, the real world, the realm of settling for less and shaming others for not doing the same. I hear the weather’s quite nice there, and there are definitely no children.

See, Jill Stein is a person that people to the left of Democrats supported for president, and therefore is deserving of scorn and admonishment. After all, there are women to objectify, homosexuals to scorn, Republican white whales to chase, and hippies to troll. No time to think beyond “team red bad, team blue good”. No time for love, Dr. Jones. Not when you’re a sad old doggy daddy who clearly didn’t get enough hugs in kindergarten.

I forget which FDL rep called me to ask why I didn’t renew my membership, but this is a pretty good example. If I wanted to prop up this sort of nonsense I’d donate to Bob Cesca or Booman

actually to be fair a bunch of people in the “donut hole” of making too much for subsidies but too little to afford to tithe 9% of their income to Aetna for junk insurance ($2000 premiums ahoy!) are going to feel a big change

I, for one, am getting a vanity plate that reads “TAX CRMNL”

Are we really so far gone that we’re lamenting a ruling against the PTC? Regardless of who benefits financially, the fact that someone won’t be fined for saying a bad thing is a wash, at least.

Also, a little something for the TBoggs of the world to ponder on their hoverounds- Sotomayor voted with the majority on the SEIU case. The court is the most important thing, indeed.

Why isn’t this on the front page? C’mon, FDL, priorities.
