> On a tangent here, but maybe sports promotions really DO serve a sociopolitical indoctrination function.
So true. I know an Ohio Barber who roots for and against professional sports teams yet is convinced that he’s not thoroughly bourgeois.

Let’s hear your explanation of what happened, “blue”dot12. You seem to know with 100% certitude what did not happen — is that correct? And you have the savvy to evaluate other explanations as “bullshit” based on your own savvy — is that also correct?

Wouldn’t it be easy enough for a president to compile a “disposition matrix” of all the possible traitors arrayed against him, and promise sure retaliation against them all in the case of his or her untimely demise? A president would have accumulated a lot of people who would be willing to avenge him.

You should be sceptical of alan1tx. He’s some sort of living, breathing jukebox of right-wing talking points. “E22″ alan!

BTW, FTW, you and your accomplices can lazily skim the wikipedia article on “Climate Change Denial” so you won’t feel so ignorant about the topic going forward.

Oh, the U.S. tried SO HARD to believe that Assad DIDN’T use chemical weapons… We gave him every benefit of the doubt… Just like we ALWAYS do… So now we must RELUCTANTLY use violence against a Middle Eastern country… Yes, always reluctantly… Always.
How can anyone now question our patience and forebearance after all the good this methodology has brought forth into the world?

I’m glad you’re not the decider. My advice to you is to read your own books and quit writing about things you’ve only lazily skimmed, Mr. Bombastic.

TBogg, you didn’t show your work: you failed to provide any counter-evidence, counter-arguments or counter-logic at all.
Therefore, I give you an F, as in See You Later, Fellator.

Are you capable of understanding that this is a public forum? You speak, then I speak. If you can’t stand the heat, just blame it on sun spots or a global scientific conspiracy. Enjoy the dialogue.

Thanks, this was very informative. It informed me that you didn’t nother to read what you’re writing about and prefer that we read it for you and then write a meaty review for your perusal. I for one will get right on it. Who’s with me?!

That’s not going to happen. It’s not possible. There are multiple interpretations. I just use progressive as a general term and focus on specific ideas and issues.
