No, “bitch” is the label that gets slapped on uppity women.
Still, he shouldn’t have said it – which is why he apologized in as sincere and heartfelt a manner as possible. It was the precise opposite of those mealy-mouthed “I regret anyone was offended” so-called apologies the right-wingers make when they say inappropriate things.
And how about that Laura Ingraham, huh? I suppose it was expecting too much that if she couldn’t accept the apology, she might respond to it with something resembling graciousness.
