Thanks…they ARE supposed to notify us of all treatments…..you don’t pull teeth out of a 103 yr old at bedside…that’s why I don’t think they really pulled anything…I am planning on reporting the dentist…..I have called him numerous times and he never calls back….and his secretary knows nothing….
