The FTC might also keep their eyes on the Koch Brothers who refine, and who also have a political agenda (Tea Party). They could be finagling with the oil for the political purposes of the Tea Party to help their chances in elections.

Here, here. Well written. No job or housing recovery without this speculation being addressed. Its an antitrust anti free market issue at heart.
