    I was telling this whole saga to a good friend yesterday and as I was telling her, something that I had thought was soooo funny, actually didn’t sound that funny. It sounded sad. If this is an apology good, if it’s not oh well, the guy is obviously an alcoholic/mentally ill – whatever, its his life he’s screwing up. I don’t want to go there anymore.

    I didn’t hear it that way. It sounded to me like Sr. himself was embarrassed. I actually feel sorry for Sr and the wife/mom. This has got to be pretty mortifying for them. I have a family member who does stupid crap and the rest of the family is embarrassed. I have to admit I thought the Deacon at the Church was Sr. But then I also thought Jr. was distancing himself from the Catholic Church because of their little boy diddling problem they have.

    Anyway, so when’s Michelle Malkin come out with her pom poms and start cheering -G-E-O-R-G-E G-E-O-R-G-E Bush or Tyranny We love them both. Yayyyyy

    I just did the google and sure enuf the “Greenville S.C. George Tierney Jr. as the dicky gold caddy” story comes up first. Good job, Tbogg on getting the George Tierney Jr. of Greenville S.C. story as the primero googly search. Did ya use some of your free Google Ad dollars on getting the George Tierney Jr of Greenville S.C. story on their first? Although, to be honest, I don’t think he’s caddy. On his Twitter feed George Tierney Jr. says he has his own bidness. And when you go to Linked In there’s a couple of George Tierneys of Greenville SC I dunno if that’s George Tierney Jr. or just plain George Tierney. Whatever, I am sure George Tierney Jr.’s lawyer will let Jane know.

    I have been meaning to post this for several days. I have been with you since TT too. You are Mr Snarkuhlicious. I used to go to several blogs. I am down to four blogs that I got to daily and,oh, maybe another half a dozen that I go to once/twice a week. You are in the top two. And while I still go to Eschaton, I don’t think Atrios has kept up with you in quality or quantity. You put out just a lot of good quality stuff consistently. To me you are the snark version of Steve Benen. Anyhoo, here’s for another decade unless the Kenyan soshulist muslim blackity black metrosexual puts you in the labor camps.

    You really are the best. I used to read a bunch of blogs. I am down to you, Cole, Atrios and Benen with a sprinkling of TPM.
    I have gone up to total strangers who I see walking a basset and told them to look up tbogg on the internet tubes cuz he talks about them bassets.
    Can’t believe its been nine years.
