Sorry, no snark available. That women are being raped while camped out with, or near, Occupy is horrible. Why don’t we just tell the truth? Women are raped all the time, in most every circumstance. That means rapists can be anywhere. Occupy is no different. Instead of running from the conversation, or explaining that none of the people involved are related to Occupy, this could be used for a platform to talk about rape in this country.

She’s certainly not delicately nibbling at that thing, and she shoved a goodly part of it in her mouth. That photo is like a train wreck, but I can’t seem to stop myself from looking at it. I keep thinking maybe it wasn’t that bad, then I look again and I see that it was.

Such good news! Tail wagging = huge sigh of relief for me. Doggie smooches all around, from me.
Two words: Eggo Waffles.
That was the one thing my dog would eat when she was too sick to want anything else. A big plus is that they have a good combination of protein, fat and carbs (that’s what my vet told me when I shared my amazing eggo waffles discovery). Try the homestyle waffles or the tiny round ones that come 4 together that fit in the toaster.

I’m so sorry, Tbogg, this is so unfair. I am sending good thoughts and prayers your way.
I’d like to piggyback on what CaseyL said about fluids. Not trying to scare you, but my friend just lost her dog yesterday after 2 nights of pooping. I had no idea how serious dehydration could be; they said it caused a drop in blood pressure, and then Bear’s organs started to fail. I cannot fathom why they kept sending Bear home (after giving IVs). It’s too late now to help our sweet Bear, but it’s not too late for Fenway, which is why I am speaking up even though I hesitated to say any of this.
Hang tough Fenway, and remember how strong you are.
