From what I have gathered on this tragedy, Zimmerman should be charged with murder in the second degree, and manslaughter at the very least.
Martin was walking down the street, Zimmerman followed him, confronted him, and then shot him. Open and shut case. Getting your ass kicked when you picked the fight does not justify deadly force as self defense. It doesn’t matter what the racial aspects are.
This whole thing just breaks my heart.

Santorum should definitely run on the platform of banning porn from the internet. Since Red states are the biggest consumers of porn in the country (Utah being #1) he wouldn’t get a single vote.

The proliferation of video technology has allowed amateur performers to flood the internet with content that in most cases is much better than the fake crap coming out of the big porn studios. Whether the guy is guilty or not, the justice system is imperfect but an execution is irreversible. An imperfect system that executes innocent people should be declared unconstititional, because being executed for a crime a person did not commit is cruel and unusual punishment. One case alone is enough to overturn capital punishment in the United States.
