Yes – thank you so much to everyone that called. Obviously this is not over yet and Professor Days and co. may have to hear from us again in a couple weeks – but for now a great victory for one of the longest lasting permanent encampments in the Northeast. Thanks again everyone!

I would also add the ACLU to the list of organizations who have characterized Obama’s medical marijuana policy as “disastrous for patients.”
So the ACLU, NORML, Drug Policy Alliance and virtually every other drug policy group in the country say Obama’s been horrible on this, but what do they know. Andrew Sullivan says he’s quietly leading from behind, and that’s that. If you don’t “accept his premise,” I don’t know what to tell you.
