I would also add the ACLU to the list of organizations who have characterized Obama’s medical marijuana policy as “disastrous for patients.”
So the ACLU, NORML, Drug Policy Alliance and virtually every other drug policy group in the country say Obama’s been horrible on this, but what do they know. Andrew Sullivan says he’s quietly leading from behind, and that’s that. If you don’t “accept his premise,” I don’t know what to tell you.
