Peter Schweizer, who authored a book called, Throw Them All Out about political corruption on both sides of the aisle, has recently produced a document claiming that “80% of ‘Green Energy’ Loans Went to Top Obama Donors”.

From the article:

As the list reveals, 80 percent of all $20.5 billion in Department of Energy loans went to President Obama’s top donors. Furthermore, some of those dwarf in size those given to Obama bundler George Kaiser, owner of the now defunct Solyndra.
.
.
Schweizer’s list stands in sharp contrast to President Obama’s promise that the allocation of all federal “stimulus” monies would be nonpartisan and fair: “Let me repeat that: Decisions about how Recovery money will be spent will be based on the merits. They will not be made as a way of doing favors for lobbyists,” Obama said in 2009.

Shweizer is described in the article as a “Breitbart editor”, which is not something that I’d brag about. However, looking at the Amazon page on Throw Them All Out, I see the following:

Here are some politicians cited without their titles for brevity in Part One in this book (Part Two gets into their cronies):
Chapter 1 – John Kerry; Tom Carper; Melissa Bean; Jared Polis; James Oberstar; Jeb Bradley; John Boehner; Jim McDermott; Amo Houghton.
Chapter 2 – Max Baucus; Jim Moran; Dick Durbin; Rahm Emanuel.
Chapter 3 – Nancy Pelosi; Gary Ackerman.
Chapter 4 – Dennis Hastert; Carolyn Maloney; Judd Gregg; Ken Calvert; David Hobson; Heath Shuler; Bennie Thompson; Maurice Hinchey; Jerry Lewis; Harry Reid.

IOW, Schweizer appears capable of going after Republicans as well as Democrats. Also, although I haven’t read the book, the title implies that he’s disgusted with both Dems and Repubs as classes of people, and not just a couple of handful of “bad apples”.

Although I can’t control how people comment, I’m hoping for something more intelligent than “Shweizer works for Breitbart, and therefore we can just dismiss anything and everything he says!”

As for my title, the Obama Scandal List currently has 300 entries.

Update: Schweizer made some significant false claims about Gore, around 2006. Don’t know what his reputation since then, is.
