This petition is a great idea. Do you mind if Tea Party people sign it, as well? We actually agree on this issue, and I’m wondering if we can rise above our other many and varied ideological differences and remain true to our own convictions about this issue. We loathe this disgusting and humiliating fascist action and are appalled that Napolitano is talking about rolling this “security procedure” out to other mass transportation (buses, subways, trains, you name it). Like randomly groping innocent people for no reason will make anyone safer. This is about getting Obama’s corporate buddies rich while establishing what will end up a police state. Anyway, you all know this (I lurk here sometimes and enjoy your comments).

Sounds like a great idea to help it go viral. Where we agree gives us all strength, in my opinion.
I was 5 miles away when the planes hit the WTC. Once I knew intellectually it was a terrist attack (emotionally I knew it instantly) I knew they had won. It was soooo audacious. (As opposed to O’s audacity… ‘nuf said.) However, I had no idea the margin of victory. If there were a financial market in the final score, everyone, even the most cynical of us, would have been losers.

Hey, if I’m going to go through a government checkpoint at an airport to get on an airplane, and be felt-up by someone, then I’d like it to at least be a physical.
And if the TSA cranks up the x-ray machines, I bet people could be x-rayed like they are in a hospital, thus killing two birds with one stone, with a physician at the airport looking at the x-ray and saying, “I have some bad news for you Mr. Johnson. From your x-rays, it looks like this will be your last flight anywhere anyway.”
Oh, wait, I guess this would be government-run health care or something. My bad.

Obviously this has been brewing for sometime. Personally I stopped flying years ago. Before 9/11 flying was a nightmare. I just cant deal with lines and “security”. trying to figure out what i can and cant bring on. And then spend an hour on the tarmac in the oversold and late plane while they wait for their turn to take off. sorry no water or bathroom. It costs $100s and $1000s to fly. If I am spending $1200 anywhere else they kiss my ass.

Lets look at this logically.
These trouble makers send annual holiday and election greetings of hatred and violence. If it is election greetings then it is like a wild card being thrown in and results change. If it is a holiday greetings then as a reaction US launches another gradual assault not on them but on American peoples Bill of Rights.
Looks like their presence is required for above actions. Do we not have top notch spies who can find their coordinates. Apparently trouble makers do not have any issue communicating with mass media and so not living in solitary caves. I think if the coordinates are found then I am sure there will be a competition in our armed forces for the mission to bring them to justice. We can logically wonder why our top notch spies are not involved in tracking down these media hogging trouble makers.
“He who laughs last…” There will never be a real winner. All sides will claim victory, but only those who write the history will determine the ultimate “winner”. It’s much easier to identify the loser. In this conflict it’s not nation against nation, it’s nation against individuals and small groups with ever changing membership. It’s sort of like one of those trick candles. You blow it out and it just comes right back on. Well, kill some of these group members and tomorrow’s membeship roster just has a change of names. I think our idea of winning is occupation without casualties.
