Following a week of back and forth between CBS late night comic David Letterman and Sarah Palin over a crude joke he told about the Alaska Republican governor’s daughter, the Olive Garden restaurant says it is cancelling all of its scheduled ads on Letterman’s “Late Show” for the rest of the year.
Does Olive Garden and Embassy Suites, who also pulled their advertising, advertise on any of the hate fests that are broadcasted daily?You can let Olive Garden know how you feel here. Embassy Suites here.

My customer feedback to Olive Garden: Why pull your ads from Letterman? He apologized twice for his joke. Palin’s older daughter WAS knocked-up and WAS paraded around the country with her lover by the gov. during the presidential campaign as if to say, “We’re a couple with a future.” That’s their choice but it was Palin’s choice too.
Write me when you decide to buy advertising on Letterman and I will be a customer again. I’m going to miss your shrimp scampi.
No restaurant that refuses to provide garlic bread should cll itself Italian. This is tantamount to a Mexican restaurant wrapping a burrito in a slice of wheat bread.
There used to be a Olive Garden a few blocks from where I live. Tried it twice, but when there is real Italian fare nearby why would anyone eat at Olive Garden?

You’re welcome. This whole thing is really silly. Letterman apologized twice, and it’s more then anything any of the hate mongers have ever done to correct what they say.
