It was legal until 1937. Would be legal again if not for pharmaceutical companies who want to push their expensive artificial drugs.
I am all for legalizing and taxing the hell out of mary jane.
While all those studies may be nice…
My ex was a ‘heavy’ smoker – he toked up as soon as he woke up and stayed stoned until he fell asleep at night. Seven days a week.
His personality DID change, and he wasn’t mellow – he beat the crap out of me on two occasions and raped me on another.
So while those studies are nice – there is always an exception that proves the rule.
