Obama Endorses Massacre of Peaceful Activists; Threatens UN Veto to Support Piracy & Murder — NormanB ("Deviations from the Norm")
The UN and its Security Council unanimously condemn it. Unanimous, that is, except for the US and Israel. The Obama Administration has threatend to veto any UN action by the other countries of the world to demand ending the Gaza Blockade, or any punishment whatsoever for the Israeli pirates and murderers.
The Obama Administration and US propaganda media called the Freedom Fighter Children of Somalia "pirates," because they were the only ones in the world trying to stop China’s looting of Africa, which financed the genocide and enslavement of the Black Christians of Sudan, then financed the genocide and enslavement of the practitioners of native religions of Sudan, then financed the Sudan’s genocide and enslavement of Darfur. Both China and Warren Buffett (then President of PetroChina) made billions of dollars off those genocides and enslavements. Now that a decade of official genocide programs has left most of Sudan’s Blacks dead, displaced and enslaved, the Obama Administration rewarded Sudan diplomatically. No other countries were willing to murder those Sudanese children, not even Oil companies would shoot them. But Obama ordered their killings.
And the massacre by Israel already made the US Military buy millions of dollars worth of extra Oil. This massacre helped the Oily portfolios of Defense Secretary Robert Gates, Mideast Pro-war "Peace" Envoy George Mitchell, BP, the Clintons … the Obama Administration is getting filthy rich already off this massacre, through their conflicts of interest.
This makes Obama’s teargassing of peaceful activists at Pittsburgh’s G-20 Conference look more acceptable. Sure, it was indiscriminate torture ordered by our President, but it wasn’t nearly as bad as some of the other things he OKs.
Where’s the Rule of Law?

You have any articles you can cite that say the US is threatening a veto? I Googled it and found none. When you make the kind of statements you’re making you should be able to back them up with more than just assertion.
A commenter over at Unclaimed Territory cites this from Craig Murray:
My Speech in Whitehall Yesterday (last paragraph)
The rule of law only applies to us peasants. The very wealthy are above the law.
Yeah, and I’d like to see a link to an actual endorsement of the attack on the flotilla by Obama.
Where is the link to any supporting documentation to show that Obama ordered the killing of Sudanese?
Where is the documentation which shows the military has bought “millions of dollars worth of extra Oil [sic]” because of the attack on flotilla?
I’d also like to see a link to a specific order by the president to teargas activists in PA during the G-20 meeting.
This kind of unsourced inflammatory posting is a poor use of free speech and obstructs more informed, better quality postings at this site.
Funny how obama has no problem murdering innocents with his personal murderous drones and supports Israeli murderous actions and is in BP’s backpocket concerning the terrorist attack in the gulf. There’s dirty bastards and “our” dirty bastards, same as it ever was.
Dear tjbs, see comment 4
Not a single link – why is this still allowed at Seminal?
Because we believe in people being able to shoot their mouths off, even if it is totally unsupported, at least I think that is why.
After all freedom of speech means you can say what you like and we can make fun of you for saying it…
What Teddy and Rayne and Bill said, this is an accusation with no facts. I’m disappointing in the US response too, but we don’t need to make things up to prove a point.
Bill: Mods have told me that there is not free speech at FDL, but “moderated” speech and that there is a difference. Indeed, I was told to “back off” a discussion yesterday. That is not free speech. That was at FDL proper so perhaps there is a distinction? If so, my bad.
Norman: You could do a better job with some links.
All: As for Norman’s first point, he could be using the inductive method. Since the US has threatened to veto or vetoed 99+% of resolutions at the UN w.r.t Israel, there is ample factual evidence to suppose that that is what is going on again.
What I did here was react to this morning’s MSNBC coverage of the event.
The host announced President Obama must stand “shoulder-to-shoulder with our ally” Israel. This morning Yahoo News (which is usually AP) used the word “endorsed” to describe the US position on the raid. The story has since been updated many times and I don’t know how to get back to that link. However, standing alone with Israel in condoning the raid, when according to both MSNBC and Yahoo News, 189 nations condemned it, that math alone implies threat of a UN veto. For forty years that I remember the US has vetoed sometimes otherwise unanimous attempts by the UN to sanction Israel for various perceived offenses.
I parodied MSNBC’s inflammatory right-wing propaganda with inflammatory left-wing propaganda. You’ll note my paragraph on the Sudan conflict is unnecessarily over-opinionated and propagandistic, though it does present some important facts.
The US Military buys fuel in response to all international emergencies.
Can the Nobel committee revoke Peace Prizes?
1. Please see comment #11. Also, see Wednesday’s top story on the Seminal, wherein Helen Thomas decries President Obama for his tacit endorsement of the massacre.
2. You didn’t read very carefully. As far as I know, President Obama didn’t order any killings of Sudanese. He ordered killings of Somali “pirates,” including children. You must have heard about it. Here’s a link:

3. During his campaign, candidate Obama claimed that he opposed the Sudanese Human Rights abuses which he then described as “genocide.” However, when he got the chance as President to either punish or reward that genocide, he decided to reward it. Here’s a link:

I finally got back to my desk and responded with comments #11 & #13.
But, of course, if you go back and read the statements put out by the President and the State Department, there’s no standing with Israel. The response from the US has been tepid, I agree, but there’s been no endorsing of the raid.
No, his tacit endorsement is of the massacre, not the raid itself
