President Obama’s Climate-Science Denial and His Insane Marijuana Policy Spark Refinery Fire — by NormanB (“Deviations from the Norm”)

Refining Petroleum Oil is a superstitious act. Even if the President “inherited” his superstition and climate-science denial from George W. Bush, even so, when he (three-and-a-half years ago) swore to protect and defend the United States, he promised not to let anti-scientific superstition threaten our very survival, no matter how much the Oil companies are paying. If Oil refineries are still operating tomorrow, it is because we are all victims of corrupt politicians like Barack Obama.

It is time for the President to stop denying the facts of climate science. July, the month that just ended, was the warmest month ever. The last year has been the warmest on record. Drought and fires are everywhere. Burning Fossil Fuels (Coal and Petroleum products [Oil, Gasoline, Natural Gas, Propane, Butane]) causes Global Warming. Specifically, it causes the Greenhouse Effect, first noted in 1826, when Coal burning really got cooking, in the Industrial Revolution. The United States should use science to get Clean Energy, instead of using Bribery to get Fossil Fuels.

There is no Clean Coal or Clean Natural Gas or Clean Nuclear Power. President Obama is lying when he says that these things exist. These lies are killing people. The US does not need to burn Fossil Fuels or exploit Nuclear Energy.

Mining Fossil Fuels makes them more expensive. Speculating on them makes them more expensive. Printing money makes them more expensive. Every spec that is mined or pumped raises the actual price, because is less is left in the ground, so they become more dear.

Cannabis is by far the world’s richest source of Ethanol, a Clean Fuel that causes no Global Warming. Internal combustion engines can operate on Ethanol. Cannabis seeds are the richest source of Biodiesel fuel. All Diesel-fueled vehicles and Oil-burning heaters can run on Hemp seed oil. Power Plants now burning Coal can instead burn Hemp seed Oil, without causing any Global Warming.

Hemp is also the world’s richest source of Gas, but the Biogas derived from Hemp causes no Global Warming, unlike what President Obama calls “Natural” Gas. Hemp-derived Biogas burns without causing climate change, because, like all Hemp fuels, it holds only the Carbon that the living plants absorbed as CO2 from the air: Hemp fuels are Carbon Neutral. There are nearly a trillion tons of Carbon in the atmosphere. It is foolish, insane, stupid, irresponsible, and diabolical to add more.

Obama says he want us to be Energy Independent with Natural Gas, but that would kill billions of people with Global Warming, including everyone’s children. If we use clean Carbon Neutral Hemp-derived fuels instead, we can be Energy Independent and stop Global Warming with the very first harvest, two or three months from now. Hemp has the highest biomass of any plant; that is, more weight of Hemp can be produced per acre than of any other plant. Hemp stalks can be planted one inch apart, so that four billion plants can be grown per square mile.

But now the President is ready to start another Oil War. He’s got that superstitious Oil-drilling regime attacking the US Gulf Coast. And now he’s got Oil companies attacking the Alaskan coast too. Dredging our coast [which they do for offshore Oil] is an irresponsible and anti-scientific, criminal act. The US Military should be turning those would-be dredgers back. Why aren’t they protecting the integrity of our coasts? Why aren’t they protecting the American people from these attacks?

And, as an extra added bonus, keeping Marijuana off the market ensures suffering and and early death for millions of Medical Marijuana patients. Why is this Administration intentionally making all these people suffer?

Obama is supporting Onshore Drilling, Offshore Drilling, Nukes, Tar Sands, Shale Oil, Fracking, Pipelines, and Refineries, lots of Refineries: All of these plans are superstitious, nothing less! We don’t need them; they are extremely harmful to Americans and to our country; and they cause Global Warming. But somehow, instead of defending our country and its people, President Obama wants them, the Fossil Fuel frauds, not Marijuana.

Omar Suleiman, who Tortured victims for Barack Obama and George W. Bush, mysteriously got dead in a US hospital today, where he was supposedly being tested for something undisclosed. Clearly, the person who benefits from this killing the most is President Obama. Interestingly, Barack Obama claims that he is allowed to order Murders against Arabs anywhere in the world. Omar Suleiman is an Arab.

In fact, according to Medea Benjamin’s LinkTV lecture, President Obama’s policy regarding beards is: If a man or boy has a beard and is killed by a drone, that man was a “militant.” The implication is that killing a man or boy with a beard is always OK to do. Gen. McCaffrey: “Gaddafi Will Inevitably Be Murdered,” but Saudi Invasion of Slave State Bahrain to Prop Up Obama Thugs is “More Important” — by NormanB

This story is very short, but it’s important and being ignored. Former Drug Czar retired General Barry McCaffrey told MSNBC’s morning news audience at 7:37am EST Sunday that “Gaddafi will inevitably be murdered.” He then said that Saudi Arabia would invade Bahrain rather than let democracy take the slave state. Such democracy would lead to the overthrow President Obama’s puppet dictator Sheikh Hamad ibn Isa Al Khalifa and his thug Government.

Al Khalifa is the only King that Bahrain has ever had. The Bush Administration installed this version of the monarchy in 2002, the same day women were granted the right to vote. Becaise the US Navy’s 5th Fleet operates out of Bahrain, the Obama Administration considers Human Rights in Bahrain to be of very low priority. Most of the people in Bahrain are slaves. Most of the remainder are Shiite Muslims, who are discriminated against. Most of the non-slave non-Shiites are Sunni Muslims like the King, but not members of his tribe, and thus face official discrimination. General McCaffrey was President Clinton’s Drug Czar, and famed for telling lies about Marijuana as he spread  propaganda. He called legitimate science of Marijuana “Cheech and Chong” stuff. Then later, in an unconstitutional Bill of Attainder, the Federal Government targeted comedian-activist Tommy Chong, who has joked about Marijuana for 40 years or more. Our Government made him a political prisoner for telling the wrong jokes. In Article One of the US Constitution (long before the Bill of Rights), the prohibition of Bills of Attainder forbids the Government from targeting a person or group.

McCaffrey was the War Criminal who bombed retreating Iraqis during the US invasion of Iraq near the end of the Gulf War in March 1991. Forces under his command bombed a chemical weapons factory. I spoke to soldier Rachel Bradley, who took part in the operation to evacuate US troops in March when the War ended. Even though the US public wouldn’t learn of Gulf War Syndrome for a long time, and the Government denied its existence for years, Bradley told me that the US soldier she helped evacuate were already very, very sick.

Another bad thing about General McCaffrey is his holdings in DynCorp, the defense contractor often chosen by President Obama in the Arab world and in South America. MSNBC often uses him as a “defense” “expert.” MSNBC never reports McCaffrey’s Conflict of Interest.

Director of National Intelligence Appointee Clapper Betrayed Our Country BIG TIME on Gulf Oil Spew — by NormanB ("Deviations from the Norm")

Early this month President Obama selected yet another Bush holdover, retired Air Force General James Clapper, as his appointee for Director of National Intelligence.

If confirmed by the Senate, Clapper will replace retired Admiral Dennis Blair, most famous for his role in ordering and carrying out Genocide against East Timor citizens. The Genocide was done to get the Oil of East Timor, then trying to free itself from Indonesia. It has since become an independent country. His first week in office, President Obama appointed Blair Director of National Intelligence. Many of us feared then that Obama, who had once lived Indonesia, was signaling his intention for Blair to continue Genocide against the Timorese, or to take their land back for Indonesia.

What DID happen was also very bad: One of the worst Oil spills in history, in the Timor Sea, off the North coast of Australia. This may sound familiar: The industry low-balled the figure on how much was leaking … It leaked from last August till last November.

The corporate press never pressed Admiral Blair over his role in either the Genocide or the Oil procurement. Similarly, nobody in press or Government is attacking General James Clapper over his responsibility in the current Gulf of Mexico Oil Spew Disaster.

General Clapper was the first Director of US Geospatial Intelligence. That means he is the world’s foremost expert at estimating from videotaped footage how much Oil is spewing in the Gulf from Haliburton-BP-Deepwater Horizon. The rig has leaked for 2 months now, and BP began by lying to the public that 1,000 barrels of Oil per day was spewing. Now, we realize that number is more likely 60,000 barrels per day, or 2.5 million gallons.

By NOT informing his country that BP was duping us with its claim that only one-sixtieth as much Oil was spewing, General Clapper betrayed his country. He should have told us the first time pictures were released. But he never opened his mouth about it. Not to this day.

We needed General Clapper for the past 2 months, and he hasn’t come to help. His silence helped BP cover up the size of the spill. Maybe he still is covering up. Maybe that 2.5 million is still low-balling it. Maybe he contacted Pres. Obama about BP’s lie, and that got him appointed. If he told Obama the actual size of the spew, and Obama withheld it from us, then Obama is also inappropriate for public office.

The Obama-Clapper policy of letting the Oil spew without trying to contain it fouled much of the US Gulf coast. Both coasts of Florida and the East coast of the US are now in the crosshairs. Letting it leak till it hit the shore may lead to less environmental protection against Oil-drilling in the Gulf, since so much of the Gulf shore is already dead, and no longer needs protecting.

Giving Clapper the most benefit of the most doubt I possibly can, I say this: If Gen. Clapper just let it leak WITHOUT finding out how much, OR withheld the actual size of the spew from the Government and/or the American public, either way, he is a disgrace to his uniform. This disaster needed our best people to push in right away with help and expertise. Clapper did not do that.

We don’t need another Oil company shill!

Clapper shirked his responsibility when his country needed him most. He refused to come to his country’s aid with his expertise 2 months ago, despite knowing what his nation needed. What a disgrace! Unless Obama intends to bring back Blair, Clapper is the worst possible appointee.
