The Jill Stein Green Presidential campaign, A Green New Deal for America, now stands at the crossroads of infinity. Let me elaborate on that first, then I’ll deal with World War III, Global Warming, and Legalizing Marijuana.

Jill Stein could become the first Green Presidential candidate to earn Federal Matching Funds for the campaign. Presidential efforts are so expensive, that if she doesn’t get these Matching Funds, I don’t know if straight people will ever even hear of her. Whether you want to elect a Green, or if you only want to pressure President Obama to do the right thing, or if you just want fairness and democracy in the Presidential Election, your last best chance is hanging by a thread.

Don’t get me wrong: Jill Stein will not quit this campaign. With or without these Matching Funds, she will continue to lead the Greens. And whether or not she gets those funds, I will continue to work hard every day to ensure that she does well in the Election. Because I have been a Journalist and political activist for forty years, and I have never encountered a candidate as right for the job as is Jill Stein.

Dr. Stein has received at least $5,000 in donations in sixteen states, though the site incorrectly reported this morning that they had seventeen. But, it is what it is: We need twenty and we might not get it. We need your help.

If Jill Stein does get $5,000 from potential voters in at least 20 states, her campaign will get over $100,000 at once in Matching Funds. And every contribution dollar that the campaign receives for the rest of the race will be doubled, up to the first $250 from each individual. Considering how much money she still needs to raise Today, getting that funding is still a very tall order. Please help us fill that order today, if you can.

This morning, we must reach out to people in Connecticut’s Marijuana movement to encourage them to: (1) Go out today and meet the candidate for themselves; (2) Donate to the campaign (she still needs eight people in Connecticut to give $250 each today, or alternatively more people to give less money each); and (3) Sign the petition to get Jill Stein on the ballot in Connecticut.

UPDATE: Jill Stein has qualified now in 19 states, but she need twenty. Arizona, Washington, DC, and Connecticut are the three closest, but they are all quite far away! Please use the internet to help me send this article to Marijuana businesses in Arizona, Connecticut, and DC. We only have 12 hours before the deadline! The latest statistics I have, telling how much is still needed from states to put them over the top, came out about 4:20 pm. Here are the top 3: District of Columbia:  $2,291; Arizona:  $1,465; Connecticut:  $1,249.

North Carolina now needs just one person to donate $250, and another to give $42, or maybe they could just pay $146 apiece. Florida needs two people to contribute the $250. That’s it. Just four people could do it all now in those two states. If you know anybody in North Carolina or Florida, or Connecticut, … or if you know how to use a computer, you can help me reach out to reform-minded groups in those states today, right away, because we’ve got to do this Now! Call your friends, neighbors, and family in the states that are close.

And the other state that’s close is Virginia. Please help me contact reform-minded groups in Northern Virginia and Washington, DC, right away. Maybe we can put both of them over the goal. Virginia needs four people to give $250, and one to give sixty dollars and ten cents. DC needs ten people to give the max and one to pitch in sixty-five dollars and forty-five cents.

The New England states are home turf for Jill Stein, she’s from Massachusetts, but the Green Party isn’t too strong in the rest of New England. However, in all five surrounding states, the Marijuana movement is huge! That’s how you can help. I’ll only be able to get in touch with as many people as humanly possible. Maine: Maine has a strong Medical Marijuana movement, and a strong [Industrial] Hemp movement, and a strong Legalization movement. Get in touch with as many of them as you can, by sending them this article, to their Facebook page or website.

Rhode Island: Rhode Island Legalized Medical Marijuana, but the Obama Administration ruthlessly cracks down on it there. Contact the Medi-Juana facilities, providers, groups, and organizations about it, and ask them to contact their patients fast!

New Hampshire: The people of New Hampshire want Medical Marijuana. The Obama Administration severely unjustly made a Political Prisoner out of a nurse there over saving lives with MMJ. This is now known colloquially Obama’s Naziesque Drug Policy (ONDP). There is a strong Civil Disobedience movement in New Hampshire (“Live Free or Die”), and people there gather in public downtown to smoke Marijuana and taunt the police. Try to reach any of that if you can.

Vermont: Senator Bernie Sanders (I-Vt) is a Socialist. Vermont has very active Socialist Parties, who can be approached on this – Jill Stein once told me that Socialism doesn’t conflict with her agenda. Vermont also has very active pro-Marijuana Parties, the members of which can be approached, somehow. Northern Vermont, home to the amazingly brilliant Revolutionary Communist Bread and Puppet Circus of giant puppet theatre, is a place where Leftist radicals predominate. They should vote for Stein. (Where else they gonna go?) But our ace in the hole in Vermont is Phish, the non-commercial band that is the world’s highest paid entertainment act – highest paid because their loyal fans want to see them as much as possible. Vermont, especially the Burlington area, is full of Phish fans, Deadheads, drum circles, hippies, and jam bands. They smoke pot, all of ‘em. Help me reach them, we’re running out of time.

Look; if you can’t see that peace is better than war, militarism, expansionism, confrontation, and enmity; and if you can’t see that Human Rights are better than lack of Human Rights, and that the Green Party is already on the correct side on those issues; well, whoever you are, you probably already know those three things. So, you can see. So, let’s move on to Global Warming.

Cannabis Hemp has the highest biomass of any plant on the planet. That means that more weight of Hemp can be grown per acre or hectare than of any other plant. That means that Hemp is the plant from which the most Alcohol can be made. Alcohol can power internal combustion engines, including the ones in our cars, trucks, buses, and boats. Gasoline can power them too, but Gasoline is made from Petroleum Oil. So, when Gasoline and other Fossil Fuels burn, they emit Carbon Dioxide from the fossilized Carbon in the Oil. But when Ethyl Alcohol – Ethanol – burns, it can only emit the very same Carbon that the Hemp from which it was made recently has sequestered out of the atmosphere, because that’s all the all the Carbon that there is in Alcohol.

Therefore, Hempen fuels cannot emit any Carbon into our air, ever. Hemp is also the richest source of Diesel fuel. I was there when the anti-Global-Warming/pro-Marijuana activist 1991 Kentucky Gubernatorial candidate Gatewood Galbraith showed up with Hempseed oil that he had just expressed with a seed press. He poured it into his standard showroom Cadillac, and drove all over the state, without causing any Global Warming or Oil Wars. He didn’t win that election, but he opened some eyes. And now, the Kentucky Governor opposes Prohibition, and that will be the standard in Kentucky from now on.

Remember, that 0 in Gl0Warm is a zero. If we are not using the highest biomass plant to stop Global Warming, then we are not actually trying to stop Global Warming, are we?

Besides causing Global Warming, getting Gasoline requires dangerous Drilling that risks our land and our water, even as it pollutes our air. No air pollution with Hemp fuels. None. We don’t need new designs for our cars and boats, or even for our power plants. We can still use the same cars and boats and plants that we always have. We just need to put clean fuel in them, which we can get from another plant: Hemp. All Oil Wars are ultimately caused by the ban on Hemp, including the war President Obama is trying to start in Syria. That war is named “World War III.”

Fracking is also dangerous and Pipelines are invasive, and completely unnecessary and irresponsible, since Hemp for energy can be grown anywhere and everywhere. It makes money for American farmers, not multi-national corporations.

The more Petroleum Oil is extracted from the ground, the higher the price gets for Oil and “Natural” Gas, because less remains in the ground. The same for Coal mining: The more we mine, the less Coal is left in the ground, so, the more expensive the Coal gets. But with Hemp fuels, the more we extract, the cheaper it gets. A  majority of voters in Massachusetts will definitely vote to Legalize Marijuana in November on the day of the US Presidential Election. Could Jill Stein potentially win Massachusetts? I think she could: Millions of anti-Prohibition voters will be most enthused to vote in Massachusetts and eight other states running Marijuana ballot questions this November. The others are Oregon, Washington, North Dakota, Michigan, Colorado, Illinois, Ohio, and Arkansas. Marijuana Legalization already lost the two county races seeking to restrict it in California. Prohibition won.

With highly incentivized voters, Jill Stone and the Prohibition Repeal movement actually stand a chance of winning all nine states that have Marijuana on the ballot. And 43 states plus DC are already moving to Legalize Marijuana this year. The 2012 Presidential Election can be a referendum on Marijuana. And the fallout from that could be an era of peace, freedom, and energy independence.

If we frame this Election right, Prohibition Repeal could win, like it did in 1932. Then, the rest of the country could vote to end Prohibition by electing Jill Stein. And if the people actually do elect Jill Stein, we will have voted for Legalizing Marijuana, and, like in 1932, then, we’ll be able to start celebrating with Legal Marijuana that very night! If Jill Stein doesn’t win, you may not be able to celebrate with Legal Marijuana, but I still will: I live in Massachusetts.

In California, the June 5 Elections were both local and countywide: Kern County (Bakersfield) and Butte (Chico) County voted to regulate Marijuana dispensaries. In Bakersfield, the regulation was to strike back at would-be Legalizers who had blocked their previous attempt to ban the dispensaries completely. Chico is a pretty Conservative area, and now they are shown to be something like Nazis: The Right-wing Prohibitionist side won, they voted in their oppressive law, despite the alarm it raised among the Medicating populace there and around the world when a video went viral of a local woman screaming as evil Government Inquisitors took her baby over Marijuana smoking. Massachusetts’ incoming Marijuana law requires that dispensaries open right away. But we knew that, win or lose the Election, Obama would not allow any dispensaries to open. But the law also prevents prosecution of patients and absolutely allows patients to Legally grow Marijuana in case of hardship. By personally speaking up to to cite no need for a Federal investigation into George Zimmerman’s crimes against Trayvon Martin [the child Zimmerman admitted killing], President Obama has allowed Zimmerman’s escape: Whereabouts unknown! He stuffed his stuff into a rented trailer, turned off his phone and Facebook, and hit the road; according to ABC’s Good Morning America this morning. Police in Florida continue to insist Zimmerman is not a suspect. Obviously not.

For weeks, following President Obama’s “leadership,” Federal, state, and local authorities refused to make inquiries into the February 26 Premeditated Murder of the Black Florida teen by Zimmerman, who was stalking Trayvon Martin while calling him a “fuckin’ coon.” Instead of launching an investigation or ordering the apprehension of the criminals involved, opportunist President Obama politically exploited the teen’s death, using it to blur the distinction between Church and State.

“Our thoughts and prayers go out to Trayvon Martin’s family. But obviously, we’re not going to wade into a local law enforcement matter. Then, just yesterday criminally negligent Sheriff Bill Lee temporarily stepped down, after the Sanford City Commission voted 3-2 “No Confidence” against him. In 1998, Lee received an award for valor from Eslinger, who is still Seminole County Sheriff. Then, just tonight, the US Federal Government’s propaganda organ PBS’s Washington Week reported that the FBI will [in the future] listen to the tapes that Axiom Amnesia listeners have been listening to all along.

According to Democracy Now!, Trayvon’s body was thrown into a morgue as unidentified, even though the Police had his cellphone and the phone company had its records. Investigations are finally beginning now. They waited until the Murderer could escape, so obviously their plan is not to seek justice. Obviously not. They are trying calm the masses, quell publicity, and Cover Up the crimes committed by President Obama and his co-Conspirators regarding this Murder. Florida Police claim that a barbaric state law Legalizes Murders like this, so there was no need to push the investigation. Zimmerman’s not a suspect. Meanwhile, a “Million Hoodies March,” or several of them, have formed spontaneously to cry out for justice. Trayvon was wearing a hoodie when he was Murdered.

Florida laid groundwork for this travesty long ago: In college in 1976 I campaigned against a very similar law, proposed by Florida’s then-Attorney General Robert Shevin, who was also pushing Governor Reuben Askew to sign Death Warrants in his newly-designed-to-skirt-the-Supreme-Court-ruling execution regime. But Askew was truly an ethical man: He refused to sign the Death Warrants, and when Shevin’s “Shoot-to-Kill Bill” passed, Askew vetoed it. (Duplicitously, Shevin came out against his own Bill, when it became clear that Askew would veto it.) Shevin of course had political ambitions to run for Governor. He didn’t win, but the next Florida Governor, Bloody Bob Graham, did sign lots of Death Warrants, opening the floodgates of blood across the country, even though the USA had only allowed one execution in the previous decade when Graham started his killing career, often against Blacks. One reason 20 states have already passed the “Shoot-to-Kill Bill” (now re-named the “Stand-Your-Ground Bill), is that the National Rifle Organization wields extraordinary influence [which most Americans consider Bribery] over all politicians. And no politician likes money more than President Obama. (Remember the Virginia Tech Massacre? While this is really not about defending oneself (obviously not), seeing this as a solely a racial problem is also incorrect. It is about the incompetence and criminal culpability of the entities I named in paragraph 5, above. It is about the illegal violence that marks the national Police Crisis in this country. Police in Florida are allowed to Torture and Murder. They do it a lot. That is one reason I am an exile from Florida, the land that I love.

We saw this Fascist impulse in the violent repression the Occupy movement, with peaceful protesters Tortured by the thugs of Barack Obama, California Governor Jerry Brown, and New York Governor Andrew Cuomo. All three were elected as Democrats! They  don’t know what the word means! Obviously not!

Like in this case, Obama, Brown, Cuomo, and other Governors, and all their respective Attorney Generals and other law-enforcement underlings, are all guilty of Covering Up the Torture, for not charging any of the police who Tortured people on international television. We see these same criminal far-Right tendencies in President Obama’s Atrocities in Yemen, Bahrain, Honduras, and the Maldives. A big part of the problem is that people are trying to limit perception of what the problem actually is: We have a President who generally opposes Human Rights, and he’s leading from behind as our country marches off to the far Right in lockstep-goosestep.

One reason we have such a Police Crisis is the Fascistic philosophy running rampant within the CIA, the DEA, the FBI, and police across the nation; and the Obama Administration allows them undue influence on policy. Throughout Florida, citizens know that all White policemen who aren’t Catholic are Klansmen. In Florida, we always assumed that it’s that way all over the country. The Ku Klux Klan is the military arm, the political Terrorist arm of Freemasonry.

Klansmen working out of the Masonic lodges in and around Seminole County were involved in many Lynchings and Racist Murders throughout Florida since 1920. Sources tell me some names in this case are connected through those lodges to that tradition of Racist political Terrorism: Masons of Seminole County and police from through were involved in at least three horrifying Ku Klux Klan actions in the Christmas-New Years holidays of 1922-23:

1. First, in Perry, Florida, Klansmen met in the White Masonic lodge, then burned the Black Masonic lodge and carried out a human sacrifice, burning a crucified Black man to death. After one of those creosote-soaked log crosses is burned, no corpse is found nailed to it. But in 1990 I spoke to a Nazi “skinhead” in Tampa who told me he had seen a dead Black man nailed to a cross. He said the shock of seeing it made him quit the Racist club.

2. On New Years Eve, they went to the White Masonic lodge at Gainesville, Florida, and met with Klansmen there. They held a widely attended Klan Rally that got glowing reviews in the local papers. They then they drove West on Highway 24, through Rosewood, to the White Masonic lodge in nearby Sumner, Florida. 3. They met at the White Masonic lodge in Sumner, then went to Rosewood and Murdered everyone they could find. They burned the town to the ground, starting with the Black Masonic lodge. As the electoral whip rolls its curl ever toward its eventual Crack!, the earliest results look good for Ganja, but not for Democrats, excepting the Democrat on the penultimate end of that whip, California Attorney General and former Governor Jerry Brown. If the pot vote turns out, it could put him over the top. How ironic, that Brown, whose honest leftist reputation is the opposite of the national Democratic Party, should benefit from the legalization of Marijuana, which he says he doesn’t support, like a good big-D Democrat. However, like a good small-d democrat, he protected medical Marijuana when it passed. Then, he was Oakland Mayor. He deputized the pot sellers in Oakland, so they wouldn’t get busted. The next day, San Francisco Mayor Willie Brown (no relation) deputized the dealers there. What a golden age that was! After that, Brown became Attorney General, and the lax enforcement and multi-billion-dollar California Marijuana industry are in part due to his input.

Here in Massachusetts, all 73 Marijuana non-binding ballot questions passed in astounding landslides. Those in the more conservative Eastern part of the Commonwealth, including Boston suburbs, voted to instruct their local, state, and federal reps to legalize medical Marijuana. Here in Amherst and in many other towns in more liberal Western Mass, voters passed a measure instructing their representatives to fully legalize, tax, and regulate Marijuana “like alcohol.” Those towns are listed with MaMaMoJo here in the Massachusetts Marijuana Movement Journal.

Rand Paul’s “Democratic” (as opposed to “democratic”) opponent accused him of Marijuana use, forgetting that approximate 100% of the families in Kentucky grow Marijuana, and grew hemp for most of the state’s history. He takes the Right-wing Republican pinhead position on many issues, but favors peace and opposes the Bushbama fascist reforms, including the Patriot Act. He favors liberalizing Marijuana laws and apparently smokes it. His opponent, Kentucky Attorney General Jack Conway, the man who enforces Marijuana laws against that percentage of the families in Kentucky who possess it, ran a commercial exposing Rand Paul as the smoker of AquaBuddha, the name of a Ganja waterpipe Rand Paul owned. AquaBuddha is also Marijuana incarnate. And so, Rand Paul is a follower of the one true religion.

That had to impress Kentuckians: When the AquaBuddha ad came out, it “rocketed” Rand Paul to victory. A “rocket” is what some people (expecially in Chicagoland) call a joint. It may have been from a rocket (flat at one end and pointed at the other) that young Law-Breaker Obama inhaled. I think I’ll have one now.

You can’t hear those hateful words on the recording, as they’re censored from audibility in the video below. It was to be released in conjunction with the tour Michael Jackson didn’t get to go on.

In the video, Jackson relates his own legal troubles to the prison-industrial complex, discrimination & police harassment against Blacks, the Rodney King beating & the rioting that followed, African famine, the Vietnam War & its extra-judicial executions, China’s Tiananmen Square massacre, various bombings, the assassination of Lee Harvey Oswald, POW camps, and refugee camps. The point he appears to by trying to make is that all these things are related through the ever-oppressive THEY, the Jews, according to Jackson’s lyrics and the video’s pictures. His song seems to advocate that We The People should revolt against THEY, the Jews.

This reminds one of MSNBC’s "coverage" of Jackson’s death. With Michael Jackson newly dead, MOM (Matthews-Olbermann-Maddow) stopped reporting the news – for weeks! Every show the same all night for weeks and weeks: ‘Our beloved Michael Jackson is still dead! and Fox is still saying awful things!’ Every show, every weeknight, for weeks. Or even months. Legitimate news? No thanks! MOM’s whole month: Just M.Jax and Fox.

If someone challenges the young, not-media-savvy, strict libertarian Rand Paul, he’ll defend even the libertarian planks that logic can show to be BAD. And if Paul’s inept enough at answering questions after speaking at a segregated club, MSNBC takes license to insinuate that he and his followers are dangerous bottom-feeding, mouth-breathing, violent, rabid slobbering racists: ‘Paulists are hateful and BAD.’

But what about Michael Jackson? It’s true: In the past, his music made lots of us feel good. Though I read the hateful lyrics for the first time only recently, as big-network news professionals, MSNBC’s MOM hosts must’ve known about the words back when MOM was adoring M.Jax as the godlike Elvis-Lennon-MLK of our time.

In fact, Michael Jackson cries out, here in the last video of his life, that if Franklin Delano Roosevelt and Martin Luther King were still alive, they [FDR & MLK] would not let THEM [the Jews] do this [oppression] to us [the good decent people].

Evidence that Michael Jackson was murdered by Dr. Conrad Murray is compelling, as I’ll show below. That Dr. Murray is still allowed to practice medicine shows the power of the Medical Lobby, that doctors are above the law (like cops & judges & politicians), and it shows how ignorant of chemical properties the American public is. If Science aptitude scores EVER DO go up in this country, the status quo is in trouble!

Witnesses said Murray, then an employee of the soon-to-be-aborted racist tour, disallowed CPR that could have saved Jackson’s life, and that he hid drugs (evidence), and fled the scene. He was unavailable for the next couple of days. He apparently got privileged-character treatment like Tiger Woods and BP. The autopsy report showed that, before the Propofol O.D., Jackson had taken Vicodin and one full milligram of Dilaudid. "The Big D," Dilaudid (pronounced approximately "de-LOT-uh") is the pharmaceutical version of Heroin: Like "H" (Diacetylmorphine), "D" (Hydromorphone) is made from Morphine, a component extracted from Opium poppies. Dilaudid is 2.5 times as strong as Heroin. (Dilaudid and Heroin are brand names.)

Opiates are depressants. When depressants are combined, their effects don’t just add up, they multiply! Most overdoses of Heroin or Barbiturate sleeping pills result from mixing them with another depressant – alcohol. Recreational drug users, shamanic journeyers, and depressant hobbyists often combine depressant drugs to get a high that’s more impressive, though more dangerous. All Heroin users, from the most adamant needle freak to the most casual joy popper, know that combining strong depressants kills. Back to M.Jax: Already on Vicodin and Dilaudid, his doctor shot him up with Demerol, a third strong opiate depressant now in his system simultaneously. This will have sent him to Nirvana, not permanently, but overwhelmingly: When the Demerol entered his heart, then permeated his system, his consciousness was obliterated by the devastating euphoria of a Dilaudid "nod." Have you ever seen someone on a Dilaudid nod? I have. Such journeyers can speak, but cannot dance. They usually don’t ask for more drugs. If one does ask for more, the partner in crime (be he junkie, skin-popper, guide, or just a concerned acquaintance who volunteers to help), the person holding the needle ALWAYS says "No, you’ve had enough." Why aren’t doctors trained as thoroughly as junkies? Why aren’t judges?

Kudos to California Attorney General Jerry Brown for pressing the investigation. The California Medical Board still wants Murray’s license suspended:

Finally, to be complete, a look back on the life of Michael Jackson must include something about child exploitation, and some of Michael’s music. I could have used Billie Jean with its lyrics "The kid is not my son!" or Goin’ Back to Indiana or "Simple as A-B-C, 1-2-3, Do-Re-Mi, Baby, you and me," or "Oh, Baby, give me one more chance …" But I chose instead the horror-flick title track Ben, Michael Jackson’s first solo single, away from his probably-also-exploited brothers in the Jackson 5ive. Ben is a beautiful song about a silly situation, written by Don Black and Walter Scharf, originally for Donny Osmond, who was unavaiable to do the recording. MJ sang the love song to a male rat. It follows at the end.

So, M.Jax was exploited. So, too, was the kid (if any) he knew about through Billie Jean. Also, maybe, the kids whose parents apparently rented them to MJ, then sued, but did not successfully prosecute him. Who can forget the notorious interview wherein Michael told the network TV interviewer that he thought it acceptable for a visiting child to sleep in his bed with him, even as Michael and the child sat with feet in one another’s lap? Perhaps Michael Jackson’s alleged child exploitation was a learned behavior, or genetic, or both.

Then there’re the troubling photos of Michael Jackson dressed as a woman, walking with a young child or two, near the Dubai slave market, where Darfurian and Pakistani children are sold. The camel races in Dubai famously use as jockeys boys bought from their parents in indentured servitude from Pakistan or from Darfur [Sudan]. Public pressure got some of the boys off of the camel tracks in Dubai and nearby emirates, allowing other exploitation of the slaves to continue unabated. At its framing, the writers of the UN charter considered outlawing slavery in its member states, but rejected the idea, because slaves were still popular among the rich and royal on the Arabian Peninsula.
