Earlier this year Kanye West’s mother died shortly after receiving a breast reduction and liposuction. In response Assemblywoman Wilmer Amina Carter (D-Rialto), wrote a bill that:
would have required people to undergo a physical examination, give a complete medical history and get a doctor’s clearance before undergoing plastic surgery.
Even though the bill received nearly unanimous support in the legislature, and would probably save lives, Arnold decided to veto it.
