All weekend the flacks for the McCain campaign were calling around to reporters pitching stories about how John McCain would be introducing a big, bold, bright, shiny, and new economic plan on Monday.

Lindsey Graham went so far as to say Sunday on Face the Nation that John McCain’s plan was

a very comprehensive approach to jump-start the economy, by allowing capital to be formed easier in America by lowering taxes.
