Palin gets the role of the VP wrong again:
This is at least the second time Palin has wrongly described the job for which she is campaigning. Earlier in October, she incorrectly stated that the vice president "is in charge of the U.S. Senate."

and this women is “supposed to be” a quick study
it is amazing, this can be described in less then a sentence and she cannot retain the functions of vice president.
I wonder if her handlers read here at Oxdown
1) replace the president in an emergency
2) cast a deciding vote in a deadlock of the senate
that’s all she has to remember, yet she cannot
