Krugmen does look a little bit like he’s bracing for a smack down or at least condescending snark. If Bush is congratulating these men for anything, its for their international award not their preeminent intellectual competence.
The clip I’d really like to get some other people’s reactin to is the body language of Paulson from today, while Bush is speaking, after the two walked down the stairs together.
