GIBSON: What were you most unprepared for?
BUSH: Well, I think I was unprepared for war. In other words, I didn’t campaign and say, "Please vote for me, I’ll be able to handle an attack." In other words, I didn’t anticipate war. Presidents — one of the things about the modern presidency is that the unexpected will happen.

Who could have anticipated a catastrophic, catalytic “Pearl Harbor” type event, other than those nitwits at PNAC.
Kommander Guy did not anticipate war, except for war against Irak.
But Kommander Guy just did not clearly articulate his plans in Cabinet meetings with Paul O’Neill, Sec.of Treasury who said KG was “like a blind man in a roomful of deaf people.”
KG did not anticipate his other war in Afghanistan- until one day before the 9-11 attack.
It is not easy being a neo-con, but it easy for neo-cons to deceive themselves about their genocide in two bloody quagmires.
