We can count on the insurance and pharmaceutical industry to prove the point for US over the next year and the three years after until 2013. They will surely jack up prices hard and Democrats will have to explain why there really is no public option for anyone to flee to and they will lose. Nancy Pelosi will be remembered as the fool of a Speaker who paid 900 billion dollars for not very much and allowed this bill to be turned into a weapon against half the population.
And we wait for the amendment not to pay for the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan since Christians are supposed to turn the other cheek. We wait for the amendments to stop wasting trillions on weapons since a Christian of faith can stand fearless before lions, and defeat mighty armies with just faith. We wait for the bill banning the death penalty since God Himself promised after the flood not to judge any person to death until the end of the world.

And who is going to pay for after-school for these children? Who is going to pay for top flight public education? Who is going to make sure their families have affordable housing for working people, not the apparently six figure "middle-class". Who is going to find good jobs for their parents when the very same people who demand that they exist will refuse to pay for them to have a decent life.
The amendment looked like it failed on voice vote. The 64 had to stand up and be counted to make the difference. I thought in conference the Democrats might redeem themselves but seeing so many Convenience Christian backstabbers I find that now hard to believe.
Not another penny to the Democratic Party. All the money saved not giving to people who demand credit for accomplishing little can go to consistent progressives who are easy to spot because there are so few. The rest can go to hell. If all you need is 64 cretins to dictate terms to the United States government, why waste money on majorities?

The bill was worse for men but I cannot say why as the mods are censoring that information.
Somehow I tend to doubt that the bill is all that much worse for men but why do you think the mods would censor that information if you presented it?

Since you’re presumably one of the anti-free speech conservatives here who demanded censorship of this board by writing complaints to the moderators, I am hardly going to bother for your sake.
It was bad enough feeling so disenfranchised from the country, from the Democrats. And now I feel disenfranchised from the progressives.

Our Countries problem is, that we allow people with no dog in the fight to run the show.
The people against abortion, and all they convinced they should be, up and into our government, are not likely to ever be in the position to need an abortion. Therefore having no dog in the fight.
What they have are their beliefs, that they are trying to force on all others.
I believe we should all be millionaires, but nobody would give a shit about my beliefs. Put babies in the picture, and every weak mind in the Country will rally to the call.
God never said that all men should be intellectually perfectionists, but He did instill in most some common sense, which many of them fail to use.
Common sense is about the most uncommon human attribute there is.
Not because they don’t have it, because they fail to use it. Some will never come out of the rain.
