Watching the pictures reminds me of events in Egypt, and those outside of Wisconsin being inspired by the protests there. Firedoglake as special coverage of events in Japan, the Middle East, Wisconsin, and on Manning. Aristide’s return is inspirational, not something to make people want to turn off their TV and computer screens. How people in America act will affect events in Haiti more, than with events in Egypt. Let’s try to feel some of the inspiration that Haiti’s feel. PS anyone old enough to remember feeling inspired by watching the Berlin Wall fall?

Most spell checkers have problems with many names – including Barack Obama.
Short diary, but in this case, I think it makes a valid and needed point. The return of Aristide will be ignored by the MSM, but is something for folk to celebrate.
