Successful Perry plaintiffs’ counsel David Boies and Theodore Olson speak about their victory today in federal court.
Olson: this ruling "thoroughly dismantled the evidence presented by the other side."
Boies: "Very careful and well-written opinion… very thorough. We proved our three points, and the judge said we were right on all three grounds, as was supported by the other side’s own witnesses. It’s a very strong opinion that will be very very difficult to overturn on appeal."
As Rachel pointed out at the end of this evening’s program, you really should read the entire ruling. It’s history being made in our own lives, about our own lives.

Wonder when Rachel Maddow will expand her focus on very limited human rights issues and expand it a bit to the human rights abuses in Palestine, deportations etc. Her human rights focus is extremely limited
