Why does China get to find out what is the secret of Fracking Fluid but the EPA is not allowed to know?
In November 2009, US President Barack Obama agreed to share US gas-shale technology with China, and to promote US investment in Chinese shale-gas development.[4] Given widespread interest among international oil companies to invest in shale gas extraction in China, it is possible that shale gas could account for as much as 5% of the nation’s gas production by 2020.[5]
[T]he EPA is often unable to evaluate alleged water contamination because investigators lack information about the water quality before the fracking occurred.
The Environmental Protection Agency cannot regulate fracking in order to protect groundwater, because in 2005 Congress exempted fracking from the Safe Drinking Water Act, which controls how industries inject substances underground.
The gas companies get to keep the chemicals dumped during fracking underground a secret because they are worried about other companies stealing their trade secret fracking fluid formulas.
This Secret Fracking Fluid recipe is so secret even the American EPA can’t know what it is, so it must be super valuable right? However China, a country that on a regular basis steals our high tech trade secrets, is allowed to know? Doesn’t telling a country that on a regular basis steals our high tech secrets defeat the whole purpose of keeping the secret of fracking fluid a secret? This makes no sense whats so ever.
So why can’t the EPA and the American people know what’s in it? Unless of course the whole argument that Fracking Fluid is a trade secret was not really about protecting a trade secret but rather about avoiding lawsuits about fracking fluid contaminating the water table.

It looks more and more like the Fracking showdown could end up in a Hot War, with US citizens stockpiling weapons to fight off the Fossil Fuel & Government oppressors.
Nobody wants a war, but the people can’t let themselves be poisoned, at least all of the people won’t be able to do that, and self-defense will eventually kick in, along with national defense, and defense of the actual physical structural integrity of our continental shelf.

Don’t Americans deserve to know what the Chinese Government Knows or are we that low on the food chain now?
I think a revolution is coming too but the next issue to watch is water T-Boone and Bush both bought lots of land with access to fresh water both are oil men if fracking does pollute our water like we think it will then water clean water becomes the new oil.
I think the next battle will be to nationalize water and not let T-Boone and Bush sell water to people who they first poisoned their water.

Of course. America deserves to know what China knows about what Obama knows about shale-gas technology in 2009. Of course Obama doesn’t know what goes in fracking fluids because only the fracking companies know whats goes into fracking fluids because otherwise, the EPA would know which they obviously don’t because you don’t know whats in your drinking water. So how do you know that China knows whats in fracking fluid when China knows what Obama knows and Obama doesn’t know what goes into fracking fluid, which only the gas companies know because otherwise the EPA would know.
Almost clever by less than half, you might want to re-read the question and the tense of the verb therein for starters.

If Obama makes a deal for China to get a Nuclear Plant would China settle for what Obama knows about Nuclear Plants?
China has 2 motives to know about Fracking the obvious one they want to steal the tech.
The second they want to make sure its safe as MarkFromIreland points out in my other post on this subject today fracking projects are being canceled for lack of water Fracking poisons water and China has not much water to spare.
Obviously I will have to research this idea more.
