More on the Lehman/JPMorgan lawsuit

And who is going to tell me this does not stink of manipulation by the Fed and Treasury?
And another reason why the bailout will not ‘restore confidence’ to the ‘markets’ (nor help anyone that is unemployed or losing their home)

Which leads to:
Germany guarantees private deposits

Same Paulson bullshit, different day

Now, besides California, It’s Massachusetts:

I thought this (bailout or rescue depending on the spin) was needed NOW ??

"Congress looked ugly on bailout bill, but system worked" ; this supposed to give taxpayers a ‘good feeling’?
http://www.mcclatchydc.com/257/story/53472.html
And the real fact is: "Lobbyists’ immediate focus is influencing how Treasury implements the massive bailout bill, a process that could be make or break for some financial institutions struggling under the weight of bad debts.
“Treasury can do pretty much whatever it wants, whenever it wants and however it wants,” said Steptoe’s Sinder. "

"If Obama is elected, the court will stay pretty much the way it is. If McCain is elected, Katie bar the door. " ; so I would ask you, do you really like the way the Supreme Court is working/ruling now? Think back on the rulings that have occurred this past term.

And even though I think Obama will probably win, I urge people to consider voting for a third party candidate -if one or a Party meets your views and perspectives better than Obama or McCrazy- because if he does not get a majority in the electoral college, the House Dem majority will elect him and that will be that. There is NO chance of a Cheney tie breaking vote in the Senate:

“Reflexivity can be interpreted as a circularity, or two-way feedback loop, between the participants’ views and the actual state of affairs. People base their decisions not on the actual situation that confronts them but on their perception or interpretation of that situation. Their decisions make an impact on the situation (the manipulative function), and changes in the situation are liable to change their perceptions (the cognitive function)”
