I went to the Wisconsin Solidarity rally this morning at City Hall. VERY nice turnout.

. . . as did Rep. Jerry Nadler. . . .

being a native cheesehead and knowing the folks of my home state very well, one of the signs i saw online this week that cracked me up was something along the lines of “they can have their tea party … this is WISCONSIN and we want a KEGGER!”
passionate and determined salt-of-the-earth folk who never lose their sense of humor, that’s my home state!

I should note that the Fox News van was there, and the cameramen, who are no doubt members of IATSE, got “FOX LIES!” chanted at them.

Great to see the pictures of all who turned out,however,my greatest fear is that the Democratic party leadership is going to coopt this energy…..
It’s cuz of many in the current Democratic party leadership that we,ordinary Americans & the working poor find ourselves in this mess.
Lets hope I am wrong….And we the people won’t let it happen this time.
