Who wouldn’t be happy to not only produce their own insecticide in our own bodies, but pass that genetic trait on to future generations? More on the micro RNA study is here at Science Daily.
Some small, but important good news: Boulder, Colorado’s citizens win a GM fight!
The fight to stop farmers growing gen-modified crops has been going on there since 2009, and a recent request from a farmer to plant additional GM crops in the form of gen-modified sugar beets on county-owned land intensified the fight. County Commission meetings on the issue have been packed lately, and the permit was delayed while Commissioners sought input from their own Food and Agriculture Policy Council, which voted against issuing the permit. The other good news is that the 16,000 acres of GM corn already in production will be phased out in favor of non-GMO varieties.
You may also know that a 2012 California Ballot Initiative is underway that would require mandatory labeling of genetically engineered foods and food ingredients. If California voters pass this ballot initiative, it will be a huge blow to multinationals’ death-dealing zombie food production. Let your friends in CA know about it.
Jeffrey Smith announces some other victories over GM multinationals around the world in the video below. So much corruption, so many industry inside government (as in ours), and so many lies promoted by ‘Notable Luminaries’ like Bill Gates who owns bucket-loads of Monsanto stock. So many crimes against nature and humanity.
I hate to pile on; you may want to take a long break between videos (like a week). The GM mosquitoes should give you The Shivers; and here is more on the more on the neonicotinoids and honeybee colony collapse information.
In addition to the newest information on the neonicotinoids:
” Researchers at a California university have found a parasitic fly which causes honeybees to become disoriented and abandon their hives before dying, behavior which made one of the researchers compare them to zombies. Scientists believe this may be a contributing factor to Colony Collapse Disorder, which has decimated honeybee populations, affecting the honey market and the pollination of crops as well as raising concern about environmental toxins. They call it: The insect version of a horror movie.
DO NOT PUT YOUR HEADS IN THE OVEN! Go for a walk, meditate, kick puppies… Or: Occupy Corporations! Divest! Protest!
Another time, I’ll try to be brave and show you something about morgollons; I hope that it all turns out to be…crazy and as ‘hysterical’as the FDA claims it is. Not today. And: Shhhhhh; don’t ever tell anyone you can even imagine that these nano-creepy life forms might exist, okay?
Here’s the Non-GMO shopping website.

The Fly: Not just a movie anymore.
LOL! Good ‘un, Randall Kohn.
MUCH appreciated and rec’d Wendy. Thanks for posting this.
What’s your problem with puppies? :~(
Shoot, hotdog; here I was hopin’ I didn’t need a snark tag there. Never can remember quite how they go, anyway. Would ya feel better if I amend it to ‘kick angels’? ;o)
I dunno how much more of this genetic tinkering the world’s botanical products can stand until we reach the point of no return.
Snark on top of snark. I know you wouldn’t hurt a fly (unless it was a genetically modified monster fly, of course).
Snark on top of snark..on top of snark. And:
